Join us in the gallery space of the house to learn about the living traditions of Japanese tea. Today's talk is an opportunity for tea lovers to compare a flight of Green Teas. We will see, smell and taste three Japanese green teas, and will discuss how to brew them. Japanese green teas have a balance of sweetness and bitterness, with a predominant flavor of fresh greens. They are brewed at lower temperatures to bring out the complexity and richness. The format is informal, relaxed and fun (and indoors!) (Maximum 15 people
