Description
As a member of our garden, we want you to feel special
so we created a series of unique workshops just for you.
Each workshop is free but space is limited and
registration is required. Members may bring
one adult guest and up to three children under twelve.

Chinese Lantern-Making Workshop
Saturday, November 16
10am to 12pm
Just in time for the holidays! Once again, our very creative Jeanne Heilman will be on hand to guide you through the steps for making easy, cheerful lanterns to use as decorations or gifts to teachers and friends.

Matcha-Making Workshop
Saturday, July 13
10am to 12pm
Patti Harrison, our tea expert, will teach you about the tea
and how to whisk this jade-like powder into a perfectly frothy consistency
to enjoy with traditional sweets.
Curious Plants
Saturday, September 14
10am to 12pm
Docents, Jeanne Heilman and Alison Standley, will lead you to discover
marvelous and bizarre facts about some of the plants we have in the garden.
They will also give a brief talk and
teach you how to make a beautiful craft out of plants.
